Guarantee

All products sold by Spilli Outdoor World are covered by a guarantee that guarantees the quality of the products it covers, within the terms established by law, and for a period of two years from the date of delivery

It does not include damage caused by negligence, physical knocks, improper use or manipulation, incorrect electrical current or regular wear and tear due to normal use.

In the case of problems that are covered by the guarantee, items will be repaired, replaced or discounted, according to the terms established by law, at our discretion.

The guarantee will no longer be valid if any information on the sales receipt is modified, altered or changed.To claim the guarantee, you must present the sales receipt.

Information for Returning Items

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If however, you wish to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, (applies only to new unused goods in perfect condition, returned to us within 7 days of receipt) or you need to make a claim under the guarantee, we ask that you follow the instructions set out below.

All orders are sent out with a receipt attached to a blank returns form. If you require an additional form then please contact us.We haveimplemented this system to ensure a speedy response and resolution to all enquiries, due to the number of items we have previously received without any covering note or indication of sender or why the item has been returned.

BRAND NEW ITEMS TO BE RETURNED FOR REFUND: Please complete Section 1 on page 4 of your return form, then follow the instructions below under the heading FOR ALL RETURNS.

BRAND NEW ITEMS TO BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE: Please complete Section 2 on page 4 of your return form, then follow the instructions under the heading FOR ALL RETURNS.

ITEMS TO BE RETURNED UNDER GUARANTEE:Please complete Section 3 on page 4 of your return form, then follow the instructions under the heading FOR ALL RETURNS.

FOR ALL RETURNS

1. Email info@spillioutdoorworld.it or call (+39)0541 17 25 134, quoting the name and number on the invoice, stating whether you require a refund, exchange or return under guarantee and you will receive a unique returns number.

2. Securely parcel up all items you have been requested to return using the address shown at the bottom of this page, and clearly mark your unique returns number on the front and back of the parcel. Any parcel sent without a returns number will be refused. We recommend an insured returns service where you can track online as the product you are returning remains your rsponsibility until we receive it.YOU MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE WITH ALL RETURNS. NO REFUND, EXCHANGE OR GUARANTEE CLAIM CAN BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THIS.

3. Refunds and exchanges are normally processed and sent no more than 5 working days after receipt. Testing of suspected faulty items ie batteries can take longer, especially at peak trading times during winter, due to the time taken to charge and discharge several times. We kindly ask that you wait 2 weeks after sending your return to enquire if you have not received a response. This will allow us more time to deal with the actual return rather than correspondence.
